Refund and Return Policy for DawnNatural LLC

At DawnNatural LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund and return policy outlined below.

1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Restocking Fee

Please note that all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs of handling and processing the return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products: Any items that have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt.
  • Final Sale items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Custom Orders: Products that are custom-made or personalized.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • The refund will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), minus the 20% restocking fee and any original shipping charges.
  • Shipping costs for returning the product are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

5. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at support@dawnnatural.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost. Defective or damaged items may require proof, such as photos or videos, to verify the issue.

6. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@dawnnatural.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to us using a trackable shipping method.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dawnnatural.com.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet shipped. If the order has already been shipped, it will need to follow our return process once you receive it.
